Last week I sipped a black mojito at the Hyatt Regency Chicago bar overlooking the Chicago river while watching Michael Vick pound (understatement) the Washington Redskins on MNF. Blowouts are great, when it’s your team. And since neither team offers any emotional significance to me, I reverted to my usual restaurant game, “What’s the shittiest over-priced wine-by-the-glass they offer here?” And I spotted this: 
For you Brokewino.com regulars, you know of my month long love affair with Silver Birch Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a pretty damn good wine for the price (spotted for as little as $15 for a 3L box in Chicagoland.) Glad to see someone in Chicago has some class.
