Happy football day! I hope you are spending this day with people you love, calling those that you can’t be with, and getting partially inebriated and fully stuffed.

Here are a few videos of Grant Achatz from Alinea, a newly minted Michelin 3 Star recipient, cooking a homemade Thanksgiving dinner that makes your fancy feast look like a Denny’s Grand Slam on a hangover. Hilarity ensues as Grant is bewildered by tongs, stuffing whole turkeys into ovens, crockpots, and why in the world no one else thinks of cooking turkey legs by sous vide.

The host is Alinea partner Nick Kokonas, and I’m not sure if his astonished interjections are show or genuine, but one thing is sure: the one liners are like fresh and juicy plums ripe for picking with Grant’s unintentionally perfect comedic timing.
