44% Milbrandt Vineyards_Wahluke Slope, planted in beginning in 1998 by the Milbrandt Family, including Pheasant Vineyard, planted in 2000; comprised of well-drained, sandy gravely soils deposited by ancient glacial floods. 36% Alder Ride – Horse Heaven Hills AVA, steel slope rising 1000 ft above Columbia River; warm site. 20% from additional Yakima Valley Vineyards. Sinfully smooth, rich and explosive. Think red plums, bittersweet cocoa with hints of smoke and cedar.
‘Kung Fu Girl’ 2009 White (Riesling)
Sourced from the respected Evergreen Vineyard, the 09 Kung Fu is balance, fresh and easy to drink. Smith says, “This girl is serious! Aromatic, smooth, vibrant and tasty.
