20 December 2010 was a pretty good day in Chicago because these things happened: It snowed a lot, I drank a lot of beer, I consummated my passion for pickled ginger, and the Chicago Bears clinched the NFC North Division Championship. Oh yeah, Brokewino.com was named one of the Best New Food and Drink Blogs in 2010 by Dale Cruse of Drinks Are On Me.
And here I was thinking all those empty bottles piling up where just a monument to a horrific shame.
I want to thank you all for caring to read this blog, which certainly keeps me writing (although I’d certainly be drinking either way.) Super Bears, Super Bowl!
